- Gruesomes is a four-player game played in teams of two. Gruesomes is one of the harsher games in golf, where all players tee off at the first hole, and from then onwards, the opponents get to choose which tee shots the other team must play in order to finish the hole, and to no one’s surprise, the worst tee shot is always selected. The teams then play alternate shots into the hole.
